I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well equipped, clean, and modern, but the view from my room wasn't great. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff being rude but others, like Mr Adi at the reception desk, were exceptional. The location was convenient, right by the beach and close to shops and restaurants, but some amenities were lacking. The dining options were underwhelming and overpriced. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The executive suite I stayed in offered absolutely breathtaking panoramic sea views, and the upgrade was a pleasant surprise. However, the loud music with deep bass from the all-day and evening operation and the view of the 'free parking' were slight distractions.
The hotel rooms were beautiful with a great shower, but the lacking balcony was a downside. The service was a mix of inhospitable and rude interactions with moments of exceptional kindness. The location offers lovely views in an upmarket residential area, though the dining experience could be overshadowed by a slightly run-down property. Facilities were adequate.
